Ever since Melanie met Peanut, Lauren's hamster,she has been wanting a hamster. She was saving her money to buy one, but made a contract with us. She did not cry before getting on the bus to go to school for a week, and she could get a hamster. She did it! Melanie is now the proud owner of a hamster named Cupcake. She has been taking good care of Cupcake. Last night, Cupcake had her first run in her hamster ball. She loved it!
